2022 年 7 月 26 日，中国第三方检测与认证行业开拓者及领先者华测检测认证集团股份有限公司（CTI华测检测）与巴基斯坦国立纺织研究中心 (National Textile Research Center, NTRC) 正式签署谅解备忘录。这是继香港、突尼斯、意大利、韩国之后与华测检测建立合作关系的第五家海外机构。华测检测致力于创新开发全球质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)服务，共同为全球消费品产业质量升级提供一站式解决方案。
为满足南亚轻工及纺织品客户的多样需求，CTI华测检测在巴基斯坦部署合作伙伴关系，借助产学研优势，为产品就近检测提供便利。该举措在为客户节省大量运输时间和成本，尽可能提供更快、更直接、更满意的服务和技术支持的同时，也为CTI华测检测进一步拓展全球纺织消费品等轻工业领域业务打下坚实的基础。
此次成功签署战略合作协议不仅意味着CTI华测检测在国际化征程上再下一城，也意味着在打造全球业务新增长点、夯实企业核心竞争力的道路上取得了新建树。今后，CTI华测检测将与巴基斯坦国家纺织研究中心增强技术合作和标准共享，通过协同发展和技术优势互补，拓宽在消费品领域质量保证服务的全球足迹，进一步提升华测检测在海外的品牌知名度。
巴基斯坦国立纺织研究中心创建于2012年，是巴基斯坦国立纺织大学（NTU）的中心研究所，也是巴基斯坦第一家纺织研究中心。该中心一直致力于通过纺织品测试、产品开发、技术咨询和质量控制服务来支持巴基斯坦的纺织工业。国立纺织大学自1959年成立以来一直是该国首屈一指的纺织教育机构，满足了巴基斯坦几乎整个纺织行业的技术和管理人力资源需求。借助巴基斯坦国立纺织研究中心和国立纺织大学与业界和企业家们密切的合作关系，CTI华测检测定能为南亚的纺织客户提供更优质的服务。
Collaborative Partnership between CTI and NTRC
Centre Testing International Group (#CTI) and National Textile Research Center (#NTRC) are pleased to announce the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on 26 July, 2022 for the collaboration of laboratory services to expand the global footprint of both entities' consumer product quality assurance services.
This new partnership establishes an agreement to jointly work together in the development and delivery of cutting-edge QA/QC solutions to the consumer products industry across the globe.
